Return Timeframe

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please contact our customer support team. If the item you wish to exchange for is unavailable, we will process a full refund instead.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us immediately upon receiving the damaged or defective item
  • Provide photos of the damage or defect
  • Include your order number and a description of the issue
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us with your order details.
